Bio

Mounir Y. Borno, M.D., FACC is a practicing cardiologist with the Cardiologists of Lubbock. He received his medical degree from the Cairo University School of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt. He completed his residency training and an externship at the University of North Dakota in Fargo, North Dakota. He completed his fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dr. Borno is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases and interventional cardiology.
